Tele caller/sales – full time

Job Description:

As a Telecaller for our Aviation Training Institute, you will play a crucial role in promoting our institute’s programs and courses, as well as engaging with potential students to facilitate their enrollment. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing them with information about our aviation training programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in aviation training.
  • Introduce our institute’s aviation training programs, highlighting key features, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Address inquiries and concerns of potential students regarding course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
  • Provide personalized assistance to prospective students, understanding their individual needs and guiding them towards the most suitable course options.
  • Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled, nurturing leads to conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students who decide to join our programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, aviation regulations, and advancements in aviation training to effectively communicate relevant information to prospective students.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills to effectively address queries and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in the aviation industry and aviation training programs is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
