JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Bangalore Only

Work Location: Bangalore, WFO

Job Type: Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Vue.js, Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to define application requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Implement responsive and optimized front-end architecture with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js) to ensure user-friendly, interactive interfaces.
• Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs using Node.js.
• Build reusable, efficient, and testable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize the application for performance and efficiency.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in both development and production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the web development space.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with strong expertise in Vue.js, Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries like Vuex, Redux, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and writing testable code.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL or similar data query languages.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and cloud services such as AWS, Heroku, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
