Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React.js, Node.js)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using React.js, Node.js, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Build dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces with React and Next.js
- Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Work with databases (primarily MongoDB) for data modeling and integration
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (optional but preferred)
- Solid experience with React.js and component-based architecture
- Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts
- Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Proficiency with MongoDB (including Mongoose)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL (optional)
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass, etc.)
- Experience with unit testing and debugging tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth), security practices, and performance optimization
