Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.

As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily social media content (original text, images, links, video etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages effective engagement.
  • Set up and optimize company pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Telegram etc) within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create social media calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other team members such as content writers, graphic designers, SEO personnel and clients to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Understand client expectations and feedback to plan social media content and designs in collaboration with internal team members.
  • Create reports on a weekly/monthly basis to share an overview of the efforts invested and results achieved.
  • Set up social media ads and plan paid promotions whenever necessary.

Skills required:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills will be a bonus.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Fluency in English

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good experience in Canva for designing posts and videos.
