Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Ads Specialist to join our team. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to meet specific objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and track performance metrics to ensure effective ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and its integration with advertising campaigns.
