Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, and Next.js. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building efficient and scalable web applications, developing server-side logic, and ensuring seamless front-end functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Implement server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, and work on bug fixes and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (optional).
• Experience working with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Familiarity with deployment and hosting services such as Heroku, AWS, Netlify, etc.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
