We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our Recruitemnt Team and help us find the best talent to drive our company’s success. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
