Recruitment – Lead

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on staffing needs critical to the success of Zerozilla Infotech Private Limited. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in staffing, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans
  • Has Strong Experience in Staffing (contract) and FTE (Full Time Employment)
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements. This involves analysing the organization’s growth plans, budget, and current workforce composition.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition. This knowledge helps in adapting strategies and attracting the best talent.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as hiring managers and senior executives.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters or HR professionals. This involves providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR and recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the recruitment process.
  • Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Prepare Dashboard

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  •  5 + years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
