Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales across Banking, Pharma, and/or FMCG domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, industry versatility, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to different industries (banking, pharma, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Should be able to travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales roles across banking, pharma, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling financial products, pharmaceutical goods, or consumer products.
  • Strong client network in at least one of the following industries: Pharma, Banking, or FMCG
