Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales across Banking, Pharma, and/or FMCG domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, industry versatility, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads and convert prospects through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across sectors.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to different industries (banking, pharma, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and progress using CRM tools.
- Should be able to travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales roles across banking, pharma, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling financial products, pharmaceutical goods, or consumer products.
- Strong client network in at least one of the following industries: Pharma, Banking, or FMCG
