Job Description –SAP HR ABAP Consultant

Role: SAP HR ABAP Consultant
Job Type: Full Time 
Job Location: Bangalore 
Experience: Min 3+ years in the role 
Work mode: On-site 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance SAP HR modules using ABAP with a strong emphasis on
  OOP, BADI, Module Pool Programming, and LDB.
• Manage data transfers via IDOCs and interfaces through PI.
• Collaborate with teams on technical design and specifications, ensuring quality
  and functionality.
  Required Skills:
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS Applications, HCM functionalities
• Effective communicator with team mentoring skills
• Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
  Desirable:
• Experience in UI5, S/4 HANA
• SAP WDA, FPM, Workflows
