Role Description 

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap. 

As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. 
  2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily social media content (original text, images, links, video etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages effective engagement. 
  3. Set up and optimize company pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Telegram etc) within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content 
  4. Create social media calendars and syndication schedules. 
  5. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 
  6. Collaborate with other team members such as content writers, graphic designers, SEO personnel and clients to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. 
  7. Understand client expectations and feedback to plan social media content and designs in collaboration with internal team members. 
  8. Create reports on a weekly/monthly basis to share an overview of the efforts invested and results achieved. 
  9. Set up social media ads and plan paid promotions whenever necessary. 

Skills required: 

  1. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist 
  2.  Consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills will be a bonus. 
  3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge 
  4. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels 
  5. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability 
  6. Fluency in English 
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  8. Good experience in Canva for designing posts and videos.
