Responsibilities:
- Led a team of digital marketers, guiding their efforts and ensuring client objectives were met with exceptional quality and efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients within the IT, Edtech, Fintech, or SaaS sectors, understanding their marketing objectives and devising digital strategies to achieve their goals.
- Manage multiple customer accounts, meticulously ensuring client needs and expectations are surpassed while delivering outstanding digital marketing solutions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the company’s social media profiles and presence, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client strategies.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows to engage customers and drive results.
- Monitor, analyze, and meticulously report the performance of digital marketing efforts, crafting detailed analysis reports to inform strategies and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience, generate leads, and optimize website performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in digital marketing, implementing strategies to improve ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with team management responsibilities, particularly within the IT, Edtech, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts with extreme attention to detail, meeting KPIs and creating comprehensive analysis reports.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
